Daily Paper Prompt #61: Decadent Doodling
Sun, September 30, 2012 at 07:02AM
Here's a 5x8" page in the moleskine with a circle and 7 sections radiating outward. Just finished this one.

This 5x8" page is in process... just 2 sections to go.
Divide up your page using straight lines, wavy lines, lines radiating out from the center or one corner. Divide the page into a grid, into random blocks, any way you wish. Please don't feel like you have to use any complex patterns or learn to zentangle to do this prompt. You just pick a pattern and keep repeating it. Then start another block. Pick a pattern, keep repeating it. It's pretty relaxing, actually. You can find patterns all around you {just look}. And there are always circles, wavy lines, letters, V's, spider webs, flowers...
I keep a bunch of these going in the moleskine that resides in my purse, that way I have something to do in waiting rooms, at carpool, etc. and they might take a few weeks to do but they gradually get finished.
It's THE LAST day. 61 prompts. 61 days. And before that, 61 days of ICAD. If you've done any portion of these challenges, pat yourself on the back. Savor the accomplishment. Enjoy the creative spark.
