Print Article "It was one of those mornings
when a man could face the day only
after warming himself with a mug
of thick coffee beaded with steam,
a good thick crust of bread,
and a bowl of bean soup."
~ Richard Gehman

20x12" altered book project "tekenfilm" with detail and full pages
Day 8 of 2009 NaNoJouMo! Are you still playing along? You didnt think I could leave a simple page like copper.cobalt rev 1.1 alone did you? These pages quickly got majorly messy. Starting on the inked pages with fiber paste for texture, I painted watered down Golden Fluid Acrylics with a brush, stamped with a lid, a bit of gesso, blotted with paper towells, crazy fun. This is going to look awesome as the backdrop to a collage.
Check out the other pages in the tekenfilm altered children's book project.
