20x12" art journal spread from altered book project "tekenfilm" plus detail of pink-orange background.
Hard to believe that it's DAY 23 of the first annual NaNoJouMo (National NonStop Journaling Month). These pages spanned DAYS 21 + 22 of the challenge. This is actually the back inside cover of the book, you'll find the original background (pre-collage) at magenta.red rev 1.1. I spent quite a bit of time searching for images for the three girls on the right page, where a bunch of images are combined to create a girl. Added lyrics from the David Essex song "Rock On" and doodled. This is one of my favorites from the book thus far.

I think these are beautiful.. love the girlies! Very much remind me of Teesha Moore. Your colors are always so strong, something I'm really drawn to. Thanks for the inspiration!
