Art Journal Challenge: The Gaudiest Page

This is an art journal page from December 2010 that i disliked so much that i cut it up for journal fodder!
Scared of the page? We can fix that. I challenge you to create the worst, gaudiest, tackiest art journal page in the universe. Dare you. Over the top, outrageous. Share your thoughts on how to get your page to be seriously BAD. Be sure to read the rules + fine print below.*
Tips for over-the-top, tacky, gaudy, pages?
Bling. Glitter. Glamour. But maybe like your Aunt Bertha might go about it. Start with a halloween-themed sweater, add a tennis racket, lime juice, rainbow sprinkles... and add a cowboy hat. Holding an x-ray. Mistakes. Incongruence. Elaborate. Too much.

*The rules + fine print: To qualify for the contest, submit ONE art journal page using the Mister Linky widget below. Be sure to link to the URL where your artwork is posted, not the home page of your blog. You can link to a blog post containing the artwork or to a flickr photo or to a specific photo on your tumblr page. The post must include a clear photo of the full page along with a brief description of the artwork. You'll need to link to Daisy Yellow. The page must be GAUDY. Not necessarily ugly, just over-the-top.

Somehow this was much easier than trying to do a really "good" page...

I wouldn't call that page gaudy...on the other hand my page has come out shimmying!! Great idea, such a great prompt to do. I don't know if I ever ever even used glitter in my art journal before.

I think I made it just in time...I hope, I hope, I hope! This was a really fun challenge...I think my page is eye-gougingly gaudy!
