Art Journal: Window v1.2

Making art journal pages from the collages I started in 6 Collages 6 Ways...

9x12" art journal page on watercolor paper

{reprinted from 2009}

The evolution of this art journal page:

The very, very first layers of collage and then after a thin layer of gesso.

A layer of turquoise and yellos - fluid acrylics thinned with Golden matte medium.

Edged the page with Golden fluid acrylics, added more collage and ephemera {including fabric and a 35mm slide case}, then added neocolors and a bit more acrylics.

Usually I add quotes to my art journaling pages, but on this loose art journal page, I wrote about photography, capturing moments in time, helping us remember.
