Background Processing

"A well-designed text will seem weightless after a time;
the initial feel of the book fades away
as the mind becomes engrossed in the words."
~Mandy Brown

An idea is potential, theoretical. The tangible - a painting, a paragraph - is the end result. I use time when my mind can wander, yet I cannot draw, paint or even write, to develop and rehearse ideas. By the time I sit down with a pitt pen and moleskine, I've thought through the process and envisioned the results. Because I'm already comfortable with the idea, I get started. No drama. No creative block.

What do you create in your imagination, in the background of your days?
