carving stamps the other way

{i carved some new stamps}

And here's a reverse print of the "logo" for the st|ART zine.

We carve so many eraser stamps but don't forget the classic method of carving, the method you probably learned in elementary school...

Click HERE to buy the latest version of the zine, or to buy all three of the zines at a discount.

I carved the logo for my Daisy Yellow st|ART zine. Then I inked it up with a brayer and magenta speedball block printing ink and stamped it on paper. Not surprisingly, I carved it forwards instead of backwards {by mistake} which means that it prints in reverse. But no biggie because I reversed it in photoshop.

HINT {fine print}: Pop over to Carlene's blog for a contest to win the latest issue of the zine. Carlene was the zippiest - the first - to buy issue #3 and for that honor, I offered a freebie for a contest.
