Glaze Pens & Faded Green

"We collect data, things, people, ideas, profound experiences, never penetrating any of them... But there are other times. There are times when we stop. We sit still. We lose ourselves in a pile of leaves or its memory. We listen and breezes from a while other world begin to whisper."
~ James Carroll

Not sure about the colors, but this was a fun experiment. I doodled in clear Sakura glaze pen and stamped a diamond border with a handmade eraser stamp. I painted with transparent green watercolors and smeared them with a paper towell so that the doodles were visible. Wrote the quote on cardstock with white glaze pen (LOVE this pen) and attached with Mod Podge. Added more doodles with red glaze pen. Made the border with Golden fluid acrylics. Random stamping in acrylic paint with a handmade FIMO stamp, a wine cork, and gesso circles with a water bottle lid.
