An idea surfaces. Vague, something about drawing swirlies that look like flowering ivy. As I scramble eggs, do dishes, wait in line at the post office, I ponder the possibilities. Pen nibs and inks. Directions and angles. Leaves and lines. Intersections and curves. A logical starting point.

There are little pockets of time to build upon your creative ideas. You just have to look.

Tammy, what you said about waiting in line and letting your mind observe things that you can "draw about" or take to a creative project is something I've noticed myself doing more and more these days. When I let go of the hurry these things kinda just fill in the gap. Love those previous posts too!
