3x5" index cards, neocolors
It looks like I drew these index cards after a few too many beers, but actually this was inspired by The Artistic Biker, who did an art journal page with his non-dominant hand. The neocolors took a lot of effort with my left hand, and the face was easier than the boxes. Getting the color in the little boxes was a wierd experience. I couldn't tell where the tip of the neocolor was going to "land" on the page, if that makes sense. But I think it's good to shake things up.
Have you learned to do something creative with your non-dominant hand? Any tips?

I'm seeing quite a few left hand experiments recently and I'm liking what I see. It has a child-like quality. Really interesting. My left hand seems to be more of the 'grip', 'support' hand. I carry pans with it or lean on it. My right is for finer actions. That's my insight anyway ha ha.
