Stitch Art Into Your Days

Drew these lines in pitt pen on the last page of my 5x8" moleskine... should I watercolor it?

i vote not watercolors, but color some of them in with stripes with some kind of markers or gel pens!

I must stitch this now. What a wonderful little pithy commandment. Is it yours or inspired from somewhere else? If yours, do you mind if I use it in my home?

And I think leave it be. I like the idea of watercolors but I think they would distract from the center point.

Siren, I don't know if I have the patience to color in each section, the are teeny tiny! But it would look cool!

Linda, Please do use it in your home, but yes I came up with the words the other day. First I was playing with "weave art into your days" and doing something that looked woven, but switched to stitched because I like the idea of sewing something artistic in the pockets of your days.

I'm leaning towards leaving it as it is.

okay, I have the answer--make a photocopy, and watercolor that to see how it looks . . .

Laurie, I like your idea! That will be on my list of things to try!

Oh my goodness, I love this! I vote for making a copy and going from there...although I lean toward no watercolor.

Wow! I really like this. I bought some Pitt pens to try the other day and have been wracking my brain. I think you have given me an idea now. Thank you!

Beautiful and so detailed, Tammy. Love it actually very well just as it is... I would suggest possibly a series of colour studies, trying out various alternative ways to colour it and see what happens ;)

BTW, the ICAD project went down really well with my friends and they are pursuing it offline in their creative group...
