Sunny Sunshine Mandala

"This bright, new day... complete with 24 hours of opportunities, choices, and attitudes... a perfectly matched set of 1440 minutes. This unique gift, this one day, cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded. Handle with care. Make the most of it. There is only one to a customer."

kids art sun mandala

My older daughter drew this vivid mandala with colored pencils.

Check out biffybeans' neocolor sun mandala on black paper and gorgeous sunny mandalas from Canadian Flickr artist kkkataish (Kata). Colored pencils are a core art supply in our house and just may be the most important. Kids can draw lush mandalas with a box of colored pencils. See more info and suggestions for Colored Pencils and Drawing Paper and Detailed Coloring Books for 4-10 Year Olds.
