Trance Mandala

mandala in pitt pen, 5x8" moleskine journal, watercolor background

The abstract paintings from a few days ago were just waiting for lines. So I drew a mandala in pitt pen - not my typical mandala but one with lots of thin almost frail lines, layered. Here's the original watercolor page. I think it turned out better than the Havana mandala, which I feel was awkward (let's not criticize our own art).

Stunning emotive colours and another fab mandala. A piece to meditate on.
