Ahhhh, Tammy......now you've made me want to follow another blog!!! Those posts about "The book of You" and
the "Dammit list" from fluent self are tools that help me to look at who I am and prioritize.... I'm always one for "to know thyself" type of living! Makes for more authentic relationships and I'm always happier then!
