What's Up in the Garden

the garden shop

salvia

knock-out roses

hibiscus in pots

tomatoes immersed in water, ready to be planted {upside down}

the tomato planting production line

terra cotta pots

white oleander, softened

Summer has barely begun and the heat is already ramping up to the 100s. The nights are still "cool" enough to make the flowers happy, and so most of the summer flowers are blooming like mad.

Looks like an artist date in the garden shop...beautiful images. I am NO gardener, but my husband just planted two hibiscus bushes in our backyard and I am loving the blooms. He said it's like fireworks, because one just keeps popping up after another, rather than them all coming out at once.
